Appeal after 3-year-old injured in Brent collision

Detectives from the Met's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a child in Cricklewood.

Police were called at approximately 15:03hrs on Thursday, 28 December to reports of a silver VW Golf in collision with a pedestrian on Shoot Up Hill in Brent.

Police and London Ambulance Service attended the scene. The pedestrian, a 3-year-old boy, sustained serious injuries. He is currently in a serious but stable condition in a central London hospital.

The driver stopped at the scene and has been assisting officers with enquires.

No arrest has been made.
