Appeal after girl injured in collision

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a teenage girl was injured following a collision with a car in Wallington.

Officers were called at approximately 14:45hrs on Monday, 10 April to reports of a collision involving a car and a female pedestrian on Acre Lane in Wallington.

The London Ambulance Service attended the scene and treated the victim, a 13-year-old girl, for an arm injury.

The car did not stop at the scene but the driver later contacted police.

At this stage there has been no arrest but enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
