Appeal following Camden collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Camden.

Police were called at approximately 21:40hrs on Thursday, 14 September to reports of a collision between a car and a scooter on Eton Road, NW3.

Officers, the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance attended. The 21-year-old rider was taken to a central London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

The driver of the car failed to stop at the scene.

The car is believed to a bright blue Mercedes 4x4

Detectives from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating and would like to hear from anyone who either witnessed the collision or saw the Mercedes leaving the scene.
