Officers investigating the circumstances of a car crashing on the A13 after leaving the motorway, are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage of the events leading up to the collision.
Police were called at 09:58hrs on Sunday, 10 February to reports of a collision on the A13 between Dagenham and Wennington.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended.
A red coloured Vauxhall Corsa had left the highway and come to rest in a ditch on the motorway siding.
There are believed to have been five occupants in the car, three of whom sustained minor injuries.
The remaining two occupants were taken by London Ambulance Service to an east London hospital where their injuries are potentially life threatening. We await further updates.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was travelling on the A13 around the time of the incident who has footage or can provide any detail concerning events leading up to the collision.
