A man has been remanded in custody following an incident in which a police officer was attacked in south London.
Julian Peters, 35 (04.03.84), appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 24 October, charged with attempted murder, making threats to kill, and one count of points and blades.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Inner London Crown Court on Thursday, 21 November.
Police had been called to reports of a man causing a disturbance and making threats at an address in Lynette Avenue, SW4 shortly after 21:00hrs on Tuesday, 22 October.
The officer, a female, did not require hospital treatment.
