A man charged with possession of firearms and a knife has appeared in court.
At approximately 09.50hrs on Thursday, 2 April, police officers stopped a vehicle in High Road, Willesden, NW10.
Muthir Nuureyn, 47 (15.01.1973), of Roden Street, Ilford, was arrested and charged on 2 April with two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, two counts of possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm, and possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 3 April, where he was bailed to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on a date to be confirmed.
Four other men were arrested. They were released under investigation pending further enquiries.
