The cyclist has been named as Professor Maria Bitner-Glindzicz 1 who was professor of human & molecular genetics at Great Ormond Street Childrens hospital and Institute of child health. Police were called at approximately 11:36hrs on Wednesday 1 19 September to reports of a collision between a stationary vehicle 1 a Licenced Hackney taxi cab and a cyclist on St John Street 1 EC1. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. Professor Bitner-Glindzicz 1 aged 55 1 was taken to an east London hospital where she died on Thursday 1 particularly with dashcam footage at that time.
