Sixth charge brought after fatal stabbing Westminster

A sixth male has been charged with the murder of 17-year-old Josiph Beker who died after being stabbed in Edgware Road on Tuesday, 10 September.

Zeshaun Daley, 18 (16.06.01), of Holmewood Gardens, SW2, was arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of an offensive weapon on Monday, 14 October. He was subsequently charged on Tuesday, 15 October.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 15 October.

Five other males have been charged with murder as below:

[A] A 16-year-old male; [B] a 16-year-old male; [D] a 16-year-old male; [E] a 17-year-old male and [F] Shakur Dixon-Kenton – 19 (11.01.00) of Fountain Place, SW9 – all have appeared in court and remanded in custody to next appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 3 December.

An 18-year-old man [C] arrested on Friday, 13 September on suspicion of murder has subsequently been released and no further action will be taken against him.

The investigation has been led by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime.
