The following people have been identified as victims of the London terror attack on Saturday, 3 June.

- Christine Archibald, 30, a Canadian national;
- Kirsty Boden; 28, an Australian national;
- Sara Zelenak, 21, an Australian national;
- Sebastien Belanger, 36, a French national;
- Alexandre Pigeard, 26, a French national;
- James McMullan, 32, a British national;
- Ignacio Echeverría Miralles de Imperial, 39, a Spanish national;
- Xavier Thomas, 45, a French national.

INQUESTS OPEN - UPDATE ON 14 JUNE

The inquests into the deaths of three of the victims from the attack at London Bridge were opened and adjourned at Southwark Coroner’s Court today.

The Metropolitan Police Service has this morning, Wednesday 14 June, presented evidence to Senior Coroner Dr Andrew Harris at Southwark Coroner’s Court.

The evidence has been accepted by the coroner and the inquests opened into three of the eight victims who have been formally identified and a preliminary cause of death given.

The three victims’ names in today’s hearings were :-

Alexandre Lawrence Victorien Pigeard, (29.07.90) – French – stab wounds to neck and chest
Xavier Pierre Claude Thomas, (21.11.71) – French – immersion
Christine Alison Archibald, (22.07.86) – Canadian – multiple injuries 

The five victims’ named in yesterday’s hearings were :-

James Alexander McMullan, (07.10.84), British died of a stab wound to the chest;
Sara Julie Zelenak, (18.11.95), Australian, died of a stab wound to the neck;
Kirsty Louise Boden, (20.03.89), Australian, died of an incised wound to the chest;
Sebastien Michel Belanger, (09.02.81), French, died of a stab wound to the chest;
Ignacio Echeverria Miralles De Imperial, (25.05.78), Spanish, died of a stab wound to the back;
The opening of the inquests into the deaths of Khuram Butt, 27, Rachid Redouane, 30, and Youssef Zaghba, 22 is yet to be set.
