​Woman charged with Pimlico assault

Detectives investigating an assault in Pimlico in May 2018 have charged a woman.

Amelia Doris, 39 (07.05.90) of Horseferry Road, SW1 was charged on Monday, 7 October with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and racially aggravated common assault/beating.

She will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 1 November. 


At around 12:00hrs on 29 May 2018, a woman, aged in her 60s, had a verbal exchange with another woman in a shop on Warwick Way, SW1.

A short time later, she was barged by the same woman on Vauxhall Bridge Road.

On Friday, 5 April 2019, a woman, aged 38, attended a central London police station where she was interviewed under caution.

She was released under investigation and later charged as above.
