Appeal after cyclist injured in collision, Lambeth

Detectives investigating a collision in Lambeth are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

Police were called at 17:10hrs on Tuesday, 30 March to reports of a blue Ford Zetec car in collision with a cyclist on Dulwich Road, around 50 metres east of the junction with Regent Road, SE24.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene.

The female cyclist, aged in her 20s, was taken to a south hospital for treatment to fractures that required surgery.

Her injuries are not life-threatening.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene. He was not injured. There were no arrests.

Detectives from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have captured it on dashcam footage.
