Detectives investigating the fatal shooting of Grineo Daka are appealing to trace Mirsad Brahimi in connection with the incident.
Grineo, who was aged 27 and from Stratford, E15, was fatally shot in Lea Bridge Road, E10 in the early hours of Sunday, 7 July 2019.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and a post-mortem examination, that took place at Walthamstow mortuary on 9 July 219, gave the cause of death as a single gunshot.
Police are working to trace Mirsad Brahimi, aged 33 (16.06.86) who was living in north London, and known to frequent the central and west London areas. Brahimi was originally from Kosovo and is described as six foot three inches tall and of slim build.
Another man who police had been working to trace has been arrested and charged.
Police are offering a reward of £20,000 for information that directly leads to a conviction.
Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command (Homicide) are investigating.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Wrigley, who leads the investigation, said: “While this investigation has made significant progress, I am still keen to speak to Mirsad Brahimi.
“We understand that Grineo had gone to the snooker club where he was then involved in an altercation with others and a number of shots were fired and as result he lost his life, others were also injured. We need the community to support us and help bring those responsible to justice.”
Anyone who sees Brahimi should not approach him, but should instead immediately call 999.
