The family of a man who has been missing for more than three years are appealing for the public’s help to find him.
Shaune Jones, 49, who is from Eltham, was last seen in June 2017. He has not been heard from since.
Shaune ran his own cleaning business in the local area, and his disappearance was out of character.
Officers are urging Shaune to make contact. They would also like to speak with anyone who knew him and who may know of any reasons for him to lose contact.
Have you seen Shaune over the past three years? Do you know where he might be? Any information could be vital in finding him.
Shaune’s sister Suzie Maltwood, said: “Shaune is missed very much by his family. It’s approaching four years with no trace of him and we are growing increasingly worried about his welfare and what’s happened to him.
“If anyone has any information, no matter how small you think it is, please understand that it may be relevant to us and could help us to bring Shaune home. Knowing where he is, or what has happened to him would be the best Christmas gift that we could receive.”
PC Jim Bennett, of the Met’s Safeguarding team, said: “We need to find out what has happened to Shaune. His family will soon be spending their fourth Christmas without him which must be enormously distressing for them. I am very keen to hear from Shaune or from anyone who can provide information on where he may be.”
Anyone with information is asked to call police at the South East Command Unit on 101, or Tweet @MetCC quoting 18MIS014878.
