Further appeal following collision in Stamford Hill

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a collision in Stamford Hill.

Officers are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a Toyota Previa who was in close proximity to the collision and may be able to provide details of the incident.

The collision happened at around 09:35hrs on Friday, 11 December when a car mounted the pavement and struck a number of pedestrians in Stamford Hill, N16.

Five people were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. No person’s condition is life threatening and all next of kin have been informed.

The driver of the car involved has not been arrested and is assisting police with enquiries.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or drivers who have dashcam footage are asked to contact officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit witness line on 020 8597 4874.

Enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing.
