An investigation is ongoing after two men were stabbed in Plumstead.
Police were called at around 01:30hrs on Saturday, 29 May, to reports of a stabbing in Plumstead High Street, SE18.
Officers attended the scene along with ambulance service colleagues. They located two men, aged 21 and 23 years, who were suffering from stab injuries.
Both were taken to hospital for treatment; neither man's condition is life-threatening.
While progress has been made in this investigation, detectives continue to appeal for witnesses to the incident. They are particularly keen to speak to a male on a light coloured motorbike/moped who pulled up alongside the incident to intervene.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on 6 June on suspicion of GBH; he has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Enquiries into the circumstances are under way led by officers from the Met’s South East CID.
