Male charged with murder in Croydon

A male will appear in court charged with the murder of a man in Croydon.

The 16-year-old male will appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 26 May charged with the murder of 22-year-old Lucas Sutton.

Lucas died after being stabbed in Pawsons Road, Croydon on Tuesday, 23 May.

Homicide detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command investigate – enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
