Man charged with attempted murder following Hounslow collision

A man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Hounslow.

Choudry Qamar Azad Razaq, 24 (23.03.98), of Westmacott Drive, Feltham, appeared in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 27 September charged with four counts of attempted murder and driving whilst disqualified. 

He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 25 October. 

This follows an incident where two people were critically injured after a car collided with pedestrians in Kingsley Road, Hounslow, on Sunday, 25 September. Two other people were treated for injuries that were assessed as not life-threatening. 

Two other men have been arrested as part of the investigation – a man arrested for perverting the course of justice has been bailed pending further enquiries and a man arrested for assisting an offender has been released under investigation.

Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
