New appeal for witnesses to Bromley collision that left man in critical condition

Officers investigating a collision in Bromley that left a man seriously injured in hospital are making a renewed appeal for witnesses.

Police were called at 03:37hrs on Saturday, 28 August after a man was found injured at the junction of Woodbank Road and Lincomb Road.

Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and a 37-year-old man was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition. His family have been informed.

Detective Constable Samantha Searle, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "We believe the person who was involved in the collision was driving a white or light coloured VW Golf which left before officers arrived.

"I am appealing for the person who was driving that car to do the right thing and come forward to police. I would also ask any witnesses or people with information about the collision to contact us immediately."
