Two further people charged in connection with murder investigation
Detectives investigating the murder of Mohamed Muhiyidin in Harlington have charged two further people.
A 16-year-old male [D] was charged with assisting an offender on Wednesday, 10 November. He was bailed to appear at Uxbridge Youth Court on Thursday, 11 November.
[E] Mustafa Malik, 65 (15.05.56), of High Street, UB3, was charged on the same day with possession of a firearm and assisting an offender.
He was due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 11 November.
Mohamed was found on Sipson Lane in Harlington at 06:16hrs on Sunday, 31 October after a passing motorist noticed a person at the side of the road. Despite the efforts of the emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 07:00hrs.
A post-mortem examination has confirmed the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest. His family are being supported by specialist officers.
