Two more men charged with attempted murder in Westminster

Detectives have charged two more men in connection with a stabbing in Westminster.

[C] Majid Kebire (03.11.00), of Kensington and Chelsea, was charged with attempted murder and possession of a pointed/ bladed article in a public place.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 15 June.

A media appeal was issued for help to locate [D] Steven Woods, 25 (01.01.96), of Westminster.

He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Wednesday, 15 June. He was charged the following day and has been remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, 17 June.

Police were called to Junction Mews, W2, shortly after 18.30hrs on Saturday, 11 June to reports of a group of people fighting with knives.

Officers attended the location. A 28-year-old man was found suffering stab wounds. He was treated at the scene by paramedics from London Ambulance Service before being taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

Previously [A] Joseph Akapelwa, 26 (01.05.96), of Healum Avenue, Southall, and [B] Fadel Dabbous, 18 (05.12.03), of Grendon Street, NW8, have both been charged with attempted murder. Dabbous has further been charged with possession of a bladed/ pointed article. They appeared in court on 13 June and are next due to appear at the Central Criminal Court on Monday, 11 July along with [C].
