Police have named the victim of a fatal collision in Feltham as they continue to appeal for witnesses and information.

The deceased is 14-year-old Bradley Alboni-Odell, who was from Feltham.

Officers were called at approximately 19:05hrs on Saturday, 10 August to reports of a collision involving a motor scooter in Bedfont Lane, near the junction with Glebelands Road.

It is not believed any other vehicles were involved.

London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended the scene and Bradley, who was the passenger on the scooter, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed and formal identification has taken place.

The rider of the scooter, a 17-year-old male, left the scene on the vehicle prior to police arrival.

He subsequently self-presented at a west London hospital for treatment to injuries. On discharge, he was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries to a date in early September.

Neither the boy riding the scooter or the passenger were wearing crash helmets.
