Appeal following knifepoint robbery in Homerton

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a knifepoint robbery in Homerton.

The incident happened at around 21:40hrs on Monday, 20 May outside Homerton Overground Station in Berger Road, E9. It was reported that a male in possession of a knife approached two other males. The suspect threatened the males with the knife before stealing their bicycle.

Officers attended but both the suspect and the two victims had left the scene.

There has been no arrests and enquiries continue.
