UPDATE: Man arrested following Ealing serious sexual assault appeal

UPDATE: We were appealing for help from the public to identify a man we wanted to speak with in connection with a report of a serious sexual assault near Ealing Broadway in the early hours of Friday 5 July.

The man in image circulated has now been identified. We thank the public and media for their assistance.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, 18 September on suspicion of sexual assault. He was taken to a west London police station and was subsequently bailed pending further enquiries.
