Appeal for witnesses and footage after shots fired in Haringey

Detectives investigating shots fired in Tottenham are appealing for witnesses and anyone with footage to get in touch.

Police were called at approximately 19:50hrs on Friday, 2 February to reports of a firearm discharge in Willoughby Lane, N17.

Officers responded and found a number of parked vehicles had been damaged but there were no reported injuries.

Detective Inspector Mat Freeman is part of the team of officers investigating. He said: "We know that when this incident happened there were members of public and vehicles driving nearby at the time.

"Did you capture anything on your phone, or on your dash cam if you were driving?

"These kinds of incidents are taken incredibly seriously my team are working to establish what happened.

“Any piece of information, no matter how irrelevant it may seem, could be crucial."
