Appeal for witnesses following fatal collision in Enfield

Detectives are appealing for witnesses and footage following a fatal collision in Edmonton.

At around 14:15hrs on Thursday, 4 April, police were called to a collision between a van and pedestrian on the A406 Angel Road Flyover in Edmonton.

Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service.

The pedestrian, a man aged in his 80s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit ask anyone who may have captured the collision on dash cam or other media devices, or witnessed it, to contact the witness appeal line on 020 8246 9820.
