Detectives charge man with murder after death in Camberwell

A man is due to appear in court charged with murder following the death of a man in Camberwell.

Vasyl Myslyvets, 66 (24.02.60), of Winterslow Road SW9 is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates Court on Monday, 27 April charged with murder.

On Wednesday, 22 April at 18:39hrs, police were notified by the London Ambulance Service about the death of a man at an address in Winterslow Road SW9.

Officers attended alongside paramedics and a 36-year-old man was sadly declared dead, having been found with injuries. While we await formal identification, the victim’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

On Thursday, 23 April a 66-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder by officers in Kent. He was later charged as above.
