Man charged with Deptford murder

A man has been charged with the murder of Robert Robinson in Deptford.

Robert was fatally stabbed in Carteret Way, SE8 on 6 June.

Dalziell Wedderburn, 44, (13/09/1979) of Argosy House, Windlass Place, SE8 was one of two men arrested shortly after the incident. He was charged with murder on 9 June and will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday, 10 June.

The second person arrested - a 50-year-old man - has been bailed to a date in early September.
