Man charged with murder in Kensington

A man will appear in court charged with murder following an incident in Kensington.

Aston Lambert, 32 (01.02.92) of Longridge Road, SW5 will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 20 March charged with murder

An investigation was launched after police were called to a residential address in Longridge Road, SW5 on Sunday, 17 March.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene - despite their best efforts a 78-year-old man died at the scene.

The family of the victim have been informed and have asked for privacy at this very difficult time.
