Man charged with murder of Koray Alpergin

Detectives investigating the murder of 43-year-old Koray Alpergin in 2022 have charged a man.

Koray was found near to Oakwood Hill Industrial Estate in Loughton on the morning of 15 October 2022 by officers from Essex Police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Dylan Weatherley, 20 (11.03.04) , of no fixed address, is due to appear at Highbury Magistrates' Court on 14 March.

He has also been charged with the kidnap and false imprisonment of Koray and a 33-year-old woman.
