Stratford rape investigation - can you name this man?

We are asking for the public's help to name this man following a report that a woman was raped in Stratford.

An investigation started after officers were contacted by a woman in her 20s who had reported that she had been raped in an alleyway in Medals Way.

The attack happened at approximately 18:50hrs on Thursday, 25 January.

The woman is being supported by specially trained officers.

The man is described as being tall, slim and aged in his 20s. He was wearing a black tracksuit and beige cap.

Detective Constable Ben Dailey, who is working on the investigation, said: "We have carried out a number of enquiries, including recovering CCTV from around the area.

"As a result of this, we are releasing two images of a man we would like to identify. I would ask anyone who recognises him to come forward immediately."
