Officers are appealing for information after a statue of British boxing legend Teddy Baldock was stolen from a park in east London.
Two men who carried out a series of burglaries across London, identifying their victims on the dating app Grindr, have been convicted following a Met Police investigation.
Alexis, who also goes by Lexi, is believed to have travelled to London from Northampton at 22:30hrs on Friday, 15 August.
Five people were injured in the incident. Three of the five are in a life-threatening condition in hospital.
The 41-year-old man who sadly died at the scene has been named as Shazad Khan. His family are being supported by specialist officers.
The 36-year-old woman, who was six months pregnant, was suddenly grabbed and thrown into the back of a white Ford Transit van.
Lester Sharpe was handed the sentence at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday, 7 August.
An investigation into his death remains ongoing and the victim’s family continue to be supported by specialist officers.
The Met has appointed Laurence Taylor and Rachel Williams as Assistant Commissioners.
