Appeal following fatal collision in Pinner

Officers are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Pinner.

At around 12:59hrs on Friday, 19 December, police received reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle on Rayners Lane, Pinner.

Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service, and the pedestrian, a 79-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

He sadly died in hospital on Monday, 22 December. His family are aware and continue to receive support from specialist officers.

An investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
