Man charged following death of 19-year-old woman in Barnet

A man has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting in June.

Jamie Duncan, 21 (03.05.2025) of Highgrove Close, New Southgate, Barnet was charged with murder and three counts of possession of a firearm on Sunday, 23 August.

Detectives launched a murder investigation following the death of a woman at an address in Dale Grove, Finchley on Monday, 8 June.

Duncan was arrested on Sunday 23, August in Spain.

He appeared at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 1 September where he was remanded into custody. A trial is scheduled to begin at the Old Bailey on Monday, 7 June 2027.
