Man charged in connection with Primrose Hill murder

Detectives have charged a man with the fatal stabbing of 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan, which took place on Tuesday, 7 April in Primrose Hill.

Oliuwadamilola Ogunyankinnu, 27 (29.12.1998) of Southbury Road, Enfield was arrested on Friday, 10 April and charged with murder on Sunday, 12 April. He will appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 April.

The 25-year-man, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, was released with no further action.

The investigation is ongoing, with police continuing to ask anyone relevant information to upload it to the police major incident portal here, or contact police on 101, quoting reference 6448/07Apr. An anonymous report can be made via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
