Met officer charged with sexual offences

A Met officer will appear at court charged with sexual offences.

PC Kleber Ismael Yamasque Martinez, attached to North Area command unit, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 9 March charged with four counts of sexual assault by touching.

The charges relate to an incident at a bar on Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho on Saturday, 7 December 2024.

PC Yamasque Martinez has been suspended from duty since October 2025.
