Noel Clarke charged with sexual offences

The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised the Metropolitan Police Service to charge a man after a file of evidence was submitted by detectives.

Noel Clarke, 50 (6.12.75), from Kensington, was charged on Wednesday, 9 September with:

• Two charges of sexual assault
• Three charges of voyeurism
• One charge of exposure.

The offences are alleged to have taken place between 2007 and 2016 and relate to five women.

The charges follow an investigation by detectives which began in September 2025. A man, then in his 40s, was first arrested in connection with the investigation on Thursday, 25 September 2025. A file of evidence was later presented to the CPS who authorised charges.

Clarke will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 21 October at 10:00hrs.

Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, whose team is leading the investigation, said: “The women connected to these charges continue to receive support from specially trained officers.

“We urge anyone who has been a victim of sexual assault to contact police. The information you provide will be dealt with in the utmost sensitivity and we have trained investigators on hand to support you.

“Support is also available by contacting the independent charity, Rape Crisis at 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line."
