Teenager charged with manslaughter and arson
A 16-year-old has been charged in connection with a fatal fire in Beckton in 2023.
The teenage boy was charged on Tuesday, 27 January with manslaughter, arson and arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.
The charges relate to the death of Tiffany Regis, 15, who died following a fire on Tollgate Road, E6 on 6 April 2023.
The boy has been bailed to appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 24 February.
