Following extensive enquiries officers are now releasing short footage of a man they want to speak to.
Umair Rafiq, 35 (21.12.88) of no fixed address was arrested on Sunday, 12 May, He will appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Monday, 13 May, charged with Jack’s murder.
Mohammed Ikram Uddin, 24 (27.08.99), of no fixed address, was arrested yesterday and charged today, Friday, 10 May.
The 24-year-old was taken into custody after attending an east London police station.
DI Sam Bennett said: “The team seized a large amount of heroin and crack cocaine. Our work has led to Miah pleading guilty at an early stage due to overwhelming evidence"
