Officers were called at 03:17hrs on Monday, 13 May to the A40, Westbourne Park following a road traffic collision involving a lorry and a BMW car.
James Biscoe, 21 (08.03.01), of Windsor Drive, Dartford, appeared at the Old Bailey today, where he was sentenced to seven years in prison.
A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Despite the efforts of hospital staff, he died on Tuesday, 31 May.
