Detectives are appealing for help to retrieve a pendant containing a baby's ashes which were stolen from a car in Regents Park.
On the evening of Wednesday, 29 June a 33-year-old man voluntarily attended a west London police station. He was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and was subsequently released under investigation.
A 58-year-old male cyclist is in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened on a route 36 bus from Victoria Train Station, on Thursday 28 April at about 12pm.
The victim, a 28-year-old man, remains in hospital in a critical condition.
