Detective Chief Superintendent Luke Williams provides an update on the incident at Kingsbury High School in Brent.
The incident happened on Thursday, 2 October near Launders Lane and involved a single vehicle, a blue 2008 Peugeot 207.
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 11 February.
Six men appeared in court today in connection with the murder of Blue Stevens.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Enfield on Friday, 6 February.
