Alexander Rodrigo Kaliszewski, 34, of Kensington and Chelsea appeared at City of London Magistrates Court on Thursday, 16 December where he pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm/distress.
The 37-year-old was arrested on Wednesday, 15 December, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He was subsequently bailed pending further enquiries to a date in early January.
The incident took place on Oxford Street, W1 at around 20:00hrs on Monday, 29 November.
Jack Ellicott, 26 (14.02.95) of Edgware, was bailed to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Monday, 20 December.
